We approach your transformation anchored in your empowerment and from there I guide you to become your own guide in releasing old survival patterns, internalised oppression and limiting beliefs that block you from your expansion into alignment with your vision for yourself. This helps you to gain clarity, agency and self-leadership that you can keep applying throughout your life. My approach is trauma informed, incorporates neurodiversity and encourages liberation from oppression.
