I am Nicolle Pennie, MBA, CMgr MCMI.

I’m a multiple business owner. I’m certified with ACP in NLP, Hypnosis & coaching. And I’m experienced in the school of life 🙂

In terms of my coaching work history, I have been coaching private clients since 2015, my clients have ranged from business owners, to graduates, to footballers, one thing all of my clients have had in common was they were ready to take action to achieve a desire.
I have solid experience in business, I’ve ran a recruitment company, I currently own & run a careers company, I’ve consulted in senior management roles within education and training industries.
