About me

I am passionate about helping people move forward, and upwards.
My clients have faced adversity and/or have felt ‘stuck’ within their careers and businesses.
I support my clients to gain clarity, courage and build confidence to pursue their goals. I support my clients on a path that I have personally walked as an executive leader, and social entrepreneur.
I have 20 years’ experience working as a coach, mentor, and senior leader within small, medium, and large organisations across the UK, Europe and Middle East.The common thread between all my clients is that they are willing to be brave and take those first and essential steps towards bringing about change within their lives, by seeking out help.

Send me an email and we can arrange a 45 minute discovery session at a time and date to suit us both.
A discovery session will give me the opportunity to learn more about you, and your goals, and also allow you to ask me any questions that you may have about coaching.
If we both agree to move forward with the coaching, we can then arrange your next session in advance, and coaching can take place at a frequency that suits your needs e.g. weekly, fortnightly other otherwise.
