As an Author, Executive Coach, Mentor, and Consultant, my primary goal is to empower and guide you on your leadership development journey.
My own path has been shaped by two decades of corporate leadership experience, which I now leverage to support other leaders in their growth. Throughout my career, I’ve held various senior roles in global organisations, such as CEO, CFO, Group Treasurer, Regional Treasurer, and Director, spanning five countries. This diverse background has given me a profound understanding of the challenges and complexities that leaders face in today’s dynamic business landscape. I’ve had the privilege of leading and developing individuals from diverse cultures and environments, providing me with unique insights into multicultural dynamics.
In my book, “Vertical Development,” I share my personal transformational journey—a reflection of my commitment to continuous growth and risk-taking as a leader. It serves as a source of inspiration for others, igniting their own leadership journey and vertical development.
