About me

As a qualified Occupational Psychologist with an MSc, I bring over nine years of experience to the table, helping organisations and leaders shape positive and productive work environments. I take pride in my proven track record, having supported clients across the UK, Europe, and the USA in various industries, including technology, pharmaceuticals, oil and gas, finance, and FMCG. Notable organisations such as Siemens, Saudi Aramco, Mars, GSK, and Novartis have benefited from my expertise.
In my coaching role, I leverage my deep understanding of human behaviour in the workplace to empower you to reach your career aspirations. My specialisation lies in guiding individuals through challenges, enhancing job satisfaction, and fostering resilience. I take an evidence-based approach, drawing from both my academic expertise and practical experience, to equip you with the self-belief and determination necessary to excel in your professional endeavours. With a history of satisfied clients and a steadfast commitment to your success, I am your trusted partner in achieving your career goals.
Ready to change your career but not sure what you want to do instead? Or feeling too scared to apply for that promotion or role?
Your career is not an island. Dissatisfaction at work can seep into all areas of your life: your personal relationships, your exercise, sleeping and eating habits, your mental health, and much more. That’s why coaching is so important. Working with you I can help you take control of your career so that you can:

Develop career confidence  –  Leave the career or role that isn’t right for you and step into one that fills you with life satisfaction,  respects your boundaries and helps to improve your mental health
Improve your self-worth  –  Tired of watching your colleagues demand the salaries and promotions they want without feeling guilty about it? Learn to believe in your own worth so that, next time, you won’t be afraid to ask.
Develop positive habits –  Imposter syndrome leading you to work all hours of the day and night? Worried that you wouldn’t do as good a job if you did fewer hours? Not feeling able to speak to your boss about what’s on your plate? Work with me to set boundaries around your work so that you can invest in all areas of your life, not just your job.

And much more! Reach out to me today to arrange a free discovery call where we can find out how we can work together to make your job work for you.
