Caroline Barber

About me

I specialise in working with Parents, and all adults, who are feeling stuck, low, or out-of-balance; maybe going through some kind of transition, and need to consider making positive changes. We work on all of the sticky and messy parts of life, and find ways to make sense of it all.
I offer a lot of support around rebuilding your life following relationship breakdown & divorce.
I use techniques around values, boundaries, confidence and resilience, to benefit all parts of each person. I am a great listener, am very patient, and will show up for you openly and without judgement or agenda.
I meet clients online, and work at their own pace. Clients can book a Chemistry Call with me, to see how we rub together. From then, generally clients book packages of sessions. Working together might be short term, or slightly more long term, depending on what’s needed.
I am also in training to Supervise Coaches, having had, and facilitated years of Supervision as a Social Worker.
