Hi! Thank you for stopping by and considering me as a Coach for you. 
I am not sure what brought you to my profile and further what has sparked you to consider coaching in general or with me, but let me know if any of these questions resonate with how you are feeling right now…

I get it. Life can be a lot and when you are balancing and juggling all the things life has to offer, it is so easy to place what we need and / or what we want on the back burner. And then suddenly get hit with this sence of needing to change it all at once.
But this is where I come in. My goal and objective is to provide you with a space that lets you just breathe, take stock and reflect on all the things that you are grappling with. I provide a supportive and safe environment that can be either in person and / or virtual, along with flexibility on when sessions can be scheduled. I get it – I too am playing the balancing act and understand what it feels like. 
My aim is to help you work through the big questions and challenges you face by coaching and offering some advice (as long as you are comfortable). I also am really focused on helping you build your own toolkit to support you beyond us working together. 
I offer the ability to have single sessions and / or a package. I also have varied pricing. 
I really want you to be able to leave our sessions feeling lighter, motivated, focused and full of confidence in getting through anything you are facing.
